HKRN New Selection Process: The Haryana Cabinet has approved key amendments in the HKRN Selection Policy 2022 (Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy 2022), modifying the selection process for contractual staff under Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN). As per the new rules, the total score for selection has now been reduced to 80 marks, after removing the socio-economic and prior state government experience criteria. HKRN New Selection Process

HKRN Selection Process 2025: Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN) has changed the policy for recruitment of raw employees, in which changes have been made in the recruitment and selection process. This revised policy has been approved by the Honorable Chief Minister and has been implemented. According to the latest revised policy, now marks will be given for additional educational qualifications and experience of work done for the state government. This will help qualified and experienced candidates to get recruited for temporary posts

According to the new rules, 50 marks given under the Chief Minister Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana will no longer be given. Earlier, there was a system of 150 marks for the recruitment of raw employees, in which 50 marks were given under the Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana. Now, the marks available under this scheme have been removed and now the total marks have been reduced to 80.
In the new policy for the recruitment of raw employees under the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN), the maximum age limit has been relaxed by 5 years. Now, employees can remain in service till the maximum age of 58 years. Moreover, only 5 marks will now be given for additional skill qualification, which was earlier 20 marks

HKRN Skill Qualification Marks – (Maximum 5 Marks)

  • Candidates with a recognized skill certificate from NCVT/ SCVT/ SVSU or similar institutions for relevant job roles will receive 5 marks.

HKRN Higher Qualification Marks – (Maximum 5 Marks)

  • Candidates having an additional higher qualification above the basic eligibility (minimum 8th pass) in the same field will get 5 marks.

HKRN Common Eligibility Test (CET) – 10 Marks

  • Candidates who have qualified the Haryana CET will get 10 marks.
