HBSE Re-checking & Re-evaluation Form March 2025: Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) released the result of Haryana 12th class regular or open board on 13th May 2025. If the student is not happy with his marks due to poor results, he can fill the form for paper rechecking or re-evaluation, the online form has started from 13th May 2025, you have to fill the online form within 20 days, the link to fill the form or official notification or complete information is given below

Important Instructions for Re- Checking
- पुनः जांच के लिए आवेदन करने हेतु महत्वपूर्ण निदेशः- पुनः जांच के लिए आवेदन तथा शुल्क परिणाम घोषित होने की तिथि से 20 दिन के अन्दर अन्दर केवल ऑनलाईन प्राप्त किए जाने का प्रावधान है। अन्य किसी भी माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
- 2. पुनः जांच शुल्क 250/- रुपये प्रति उत्तरपुस्तिका है।
- अधूरा फार्म / बिना शुल्क प्राप्त फार्म रद्द कर दिया जाएगा व परीक्षार्थी का इस सन्दर्भ में कोई दावा स्वीकार नहीं होगा व ऐसी स्थिति में कोई फीस वापिस नहीं होगी।
- एक परीक्षार्थी द्वारा एक / अधिक विषयों हेतु एक ही आवेदन पत्र भरा जाएगा तथा इक्ट्ठा शुल्क जमा करवाएगा। पुनः जांच हेतु जमा शुल्क वापिस नहीं किया जाएगा।
- पुनः जांच में यदि किसी विषय / विषयों में कम अंक होंगे तो उसके कम हुए अंक मान्य होंगे पहले अर्जित किए गए अंक मान्य नहीं होंगे।
- परीक्षार्थी को पुनः जांच की सुविधा केवल उत्तरपुस्तिका उपलब्ध होने की स्थिति में ही दी जायेगी। यदि किसी कारण से उत्तरपुस्तिका उपलब्ध नहीं होती है तो परीक्षार्थी के प्राप्तांक अंक सूची में दर्शाये गए अंक ही माने जाएगें। ऐसी स्थिति में कार्यालय पुनः जांच करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं होगा। परीक्षार्थी को उस द्वारा जमा करवाया गया शुल्क वापिस देय होगा।
- उत्तरपुस्तिकाओं के पुनः जांच उपरान्त परीक्षार्थियों के परिणाम की सूचना बोर्ड की वैबसाईट www.bseh.org.in पर अपलोड की जाती है।
- अंकित उत्तरपुस्तिका परीक्षार्थी / उसके माता-पिता / अभिभावक को किसी भी अवस्था में नहीं दिखाई जाएगी।
- पुनः जांच केवल लिखित परीक्षा में ही करवाई जा सकती है तथा बोर्ड नियमानुसार ही पुनः जांच बारे कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
- पुनः जांच के सम्बन्ध में किसी भी प्रकार की कानूनी कारवाई केवल भिवानी स्थित न्यायालय में ही की जा सकेगी।
Important Instructions for Re-Evaluation
- Secondary/Senior Secondary (Academic/Open) D.El.Ed. Exam application for Re-Evaluation can be applied online along with prescribed fee, within a span of 20 days after the declaration of result. No application for Re-Evaluation will be entertained/considered, received through any other source.
- The information of final result after Re-Evaluation of the answer-books of candidates is uploaded on board’s website www.bseh.org.in.
- The students of Secondary/Senior Secondary (Academic/Open) D.El.Ed., who attain above 90% marks in any subject can also apply now for Re-Evaluation of answer books
- Fee for Re-Evaluation is Rs. 1000/- per answer-book/subject. BPL Card holder, fee for Re-Evaluation is Rs. 800/- per answer-book/subject for which a copy of BPL Card is mandatory to be attached along with online application. Only one form is to be applied by the candidate for one or more than one subject. Fee deposited is non-refundable
- As per Clause-6 of Board Meeting dated 31-10-2019 after the Re-Evaluation of Answer books, if there is an increase of 15% marks or more in any subject, in such a case Rs. 600/- will be refunded out of Rs. 1000/- and 480/- out of Rs.800/- in concerned Bank Account.
- If there is an increase of even one mark in any subject after Re-Evaluation, it will be added to the total of that subject. Similarly, if marks are decreased/reduced during Re-Evaluation, the result will remain the same, as declared earlier.
- If there is an increase of 15% or more than 15% marks in any subject after Re-Evaluation, that answer book will be sent to the third examiner for further Re-Evaluation and in that case an average of the marks awarded by the second and third examiner will be given according to the set rules and regulations of the Board.
- Incomplete Application form, for received without prescribed fee will be cancelled.
- The facility of Re-Evaluation will be availed only in case of availability of answer-book. If the answer-book is not available for some reasons or the others then the marks obtained earlier by the candidate in his original marks sheet will only be considered. In such a case, the Board is not bound for Re-Evaluation. Only the fee will be refunded in his Bank Account
- Marked answer-book will not be shown to the candidate/his/her parents/guardian in any circumstances.
- Re-evaluation of Answer Books can be done only in the subject of written examination and action can be taken only in accordance with rules and regulations of the Board.
- Any type of legal proceedings regarding Re-Evaluation can be done through the court situated at Bhiwani District only.
