HSSC CET Group-C 2025 Exam Guidelines Hindi: अभ्यर्थियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश हिंदी में,
1(ए) उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा केंद्र में कोई मोबाइल फोन, किसी भी प्रकार की घड़ी, बेल्ट, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक या संचार उपकरण, पेन, पेंसिल, इरेजर, शार्पनर, करेक्टिंग फ्लूइड, अंगूठी, चेन, कान की बाली, नाक की पिन, चूड़ियाँ/कंगन, हार, आकर्षण, कड़ा आदि नहीं ले जाना/पहनना चाहिए। यदि किसी उम्मीदवार के पास ऐसी कोई वस्तु पाई जाती है, तो उसे परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। परीक्षा कक्ष में उम्मीदवारों के पास मोबाइल फोन और ऊपर उल्लिखित कोई अन्य सहायक सामग्री/उपकरण पाए जाने पर इसे गंभीर उल्लंघन माना जाएगा और यह उम्मीदवारी रद्द करने और उन्हें एचएसएससी की भविष्य की परीक्षा से वंचित करने के बराबर होगा। उम्मीदवारों से संबंधित किसी भी लेख/वस्तु को रखने के लिए केंद्रों पर कोई व्यवस्था नहीं की जाएगी।

1(B) गहन तलाशी के कारण समय की बर्बादी से बचने के लिए, अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा के दौरान नाक की पिन, चूड़ियाँ/कंगन, हार/चेन, कान की बाली, अंगूठी, ताबीज़, कड़ा आदि जैसे आभूषण पहनने से बचना चाहिए। यदि धर्म/रीति-रिवाज़ों के कारण अभ्यर्थी को विशिष्ट पोशाक पहननी पड़ती है, तो तलाशी में अधिक समय लग सकता है, इसलिए अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा स्थल पर जल्दी पहुँचना चाहिए। यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी ऐसी वस्तुओं के साथ पहुँचता है, तो आयोग परीक्षा केंद्र पर लॉकर सुविधा आदि के अभाव में ऐसी किसी भी वस्तु की सुरक्षा हेतु कोई व्यवस्था करने के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
2. अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा केंद्र पर प्रवेश पत्र की स्पष्ट रूप से मुद्रित रंगीन प्रति, जिस पर प्रवेश पत्र के ‘अ’ अंक पर हाल ही में चिपकाई गई रंगीन फोटो हो, विधिवत स्व-सत्यापित प्रति और फोटो सहित एक मूल पहचान पत्र जैसे ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, वोटर कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट आदि लाना होगा। ऐसा न करने पर अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा। सरकार द्वारा जारी फोटो पहचान पत्र की मूल हार्ड कॉपी प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है। मोबाइल फोन में फोटोकॉपी/स्कैन की गई प्रतियां स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं।
3. अभ्यर्थियों को चेतावनी दी जाती है कि वे ओएमआर उत्तर पत्रक को मोड़ें, फाड़ें, नष्ट न करें या उस पर कोई निशान न छोड़ें। परीक्षा के दौरान ओएमआर शीट को किसी भी तरह से दागने, खरोंचने या क्षतिग्रस्त करने के लिए इरेज़र, नेल, व्हाइट फ्लूइड/व्हाइटनर आदि का उपयोग सख्त वर्जित है। ओएमआर शीट के साथ-साथ इरेज़र, ब्लेड, कील या अन्य किसी भी प्रकार के निशान का उपयोग करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की उम्मीदवारी भी प्रतिबंधित है।
यदि उत्तर पुस्तिका पर सफेद द्रव/व्हाइटनर आदि का प्रयोग किया गया है, जिससे उस पर दाग, खरोंच या किसी भी प्रकार से क्षति पहुंची है तो उसे रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

4. एचएसएससी परीक्षा के दौरान उम्मीदवारों को नीला/काला बॉल पॉइंट पेन उपलब्ध कराएगा। व्यक्तिगत पेन लाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
5. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को उसके प्रवेश पत्र में आवंटित तिथि और समय के अलावा किसी अन्य तिथि और समय पर परीक्षा केंद्र पर उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
6. यह प्रवेश पत्र इस शर्त के अधीन है कि यदि अभ्यर्थी किसी भी स्तर पर अयोग्य पाया जाता है तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।

7. अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे परीक्षा स्थल की स्थिति की जांच पहले ही कर लें ताकि परीक्षा के दिन उन्हें किसी समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े।
8. अभ्यर्थी को पहले पाँच मिनट के भीतर यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उसकी परीक्षा पुस्तिका के सभी पृष्ठ ठीक से मुद्रित हों और परीक्षा पुस्तिका किसी भी प्रकार से क्षतिग्रस्त न हो, तथा ओएमआर उत्तर पत्रक और परीक्षा पुस्तिका का क्रमांक और कोड एक-दूसरे से मेल खाते हों। किसी भी विसंगति की स्थिति में, अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा पुस्तिका और ओएमआर उत्तर पत्रक को बदलने के लिए तुरंत निरीक्षक को सूचित करना चाहिए। परीक्षा शुरू होने के पाँच मिनट बाद इस संबंध में कोई भी दावा स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
9. पहचान संबंधी विसंगतियां या अनुचित साधनों/कदाचार में लिप्त पाए जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा तथा उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द की जा सकती है और उन पर आपराधिक मुकदमा सहित कानूनी कार्रवाई भी की जा सकती है।

10. परीक्षा के पहले और अंतिम तीस मिनट के दौरान अभ्यर्थी को शौचालय/वाशरूम जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
11. किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को परीक्षा समाप्ति से पहले परीक्षा कक्ष/हॉल छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
12. प्रश्न पुस्तिका में किसी भी प्रश्न के अंग्रेजी और हिंदी संस्करण के बीच कोई विसंगति होने पर, अंग्रेजी
संस्करण को अंतिम/प्रामाणिक माना जाएगा।
13. अभ्यर्थियों को HSSC वेबसाइट (www.hssc.gov.in), विज्ञापन, प्रश्न पुस्तिका, OMR/उत्तर पत्रक और अन्य आधिकारिक स्रोतों पर आयोग द्वारा दिए गए सभी निर्देशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ना और उनका पालन करना चाहिए। उन्हें अपडेट के लिए नियमित रूप से वेबसाइट, अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल और मोबाइल एसएमएस की जाँच करनी चाहिए।
नोट: 2 पृष्ठों वाला प्रवेश पत्र रंगीन A4 आकार के श्वेत कागज पर (पीछे से पीछे) मुद्रित होना चाहिए।

IMPORTANT INSTRUCT IONS TO CANDIDATES:
1(A) Candidates must not carry/wear any mobile phone, any type of watch, belt, electronic or communication device, Pen, Pencil, Eraser, Sharpner, correcting Fluid, ring, chain, earring, nose pin, bangles/bracelets, necklace, charms, kadas etc., in the examination centre. If any candidate is found possessing any such item, he/she will not be allowed to enter in the examination centre. Candidates found possessing mobile phone and any other aiding material/device as mentioned above in the examination room will be treated serious violation and it will amount to cancellation of the candidature and debarring him/her from future examination of HSSC. No arrangement will be
made at the centres for keeping any articles/Items belonging to the candidates.
1(B) In order to avoid wastage of time on account of extensive frisking, candidate must desist from wearing ornaments like nose pin, bangles/bracelets, necklace/chain, earring, ring, charms, kadas etc. during the exam. In case, religion/customs require candidate to wear specific attire, the frisking may take more time and therefore, candidate should report at the venue of the examination early. If any candidate report with such items, the Commission will not be liable to make any arrangement for safe custody of any such item for want of locker facility etc. at the examination centre.
2. Candidate must bring legibly printed colour copy of the Admit Card with recent coloured photo pasted on admit card at mark ‘A’ duly self attested and one identity proof in original with photo like Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc. at the Examination Centre failing which the candidate will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Centre. Government issued photo ID MUST be produced in ORIGINAL HARD COPY. Photocopies/Scanned copies in mobile phones are NOT acceptable.
3. Candidates are warned not to fold, tear, destroy or make any stray marks on the OMR Answer Sheets. Use of Eraser, Nail, White Fluid/Whitener etc. to smudge, scratch or damage the OMR Sheet in any manner during Examination is strictly prohibited. OMR Sheet as well as the candidature of candidates using Eraser, Blade, Nail or White Fluids/Whitener etc. to smudge, scratch or damage in any manner the Answer Sheets shall be cancelled.
4. HSSC will provide the Blue/Black Ball Point Pen to the candidate during the Examination. No personal Pen will be allowed.
5. No Candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre on Date and Time other than the one allotted to him/her in his/her Admit Card.
6. This admit card is subject to the condition that if the candidate is found ineligible at any stage, the candidature shall be cancelled.
7. Candidates are advised to verify the location of the Exam venue, well in advance so that they do not face any problem on the day of the Exam.
8. Candidate must ensure within first five minutes, that all pages of his/her test booklet are properly printed and test booklet is not damaged in any manner and Serial No. and Code of OMR Answer Sheet and Test booklet match with each other. In case of any discrepancy the candidate should immediately report the matter to the Invigilator for replacement of test booklet and OMR Answer Sheet. No claim in this regard will be entertained after five minutes of start of examination.
9. Candidates found with identification discrepancies or indulging in unfair means/malpractices will be barred from the examination and may face cancellation of candidature and legal action, including criminal prosecution.
10. Candidate shall not be allowed to go to the toilet/washroom during first and last thirty minutes of the examination.
11. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/Hall before the end of the examination.
12. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Hindi versions of any question in question booklet, the English version will be treated as final/ authentic.
13. Candidates must carefully read and follow all instructions provided by the Commission on the HSSC website
(www.hssc.gov.in), in the Advertisement, Question Booklet, OMR/Answer Sheet, and other official sources. They should regularly check the website, their registered email, and mobile SMS for updates.
NOTE: The admit card containing 2 pages MUST be printed IN COLOUR on a single A4 size white paper (BACK TO BACK).
